• Staff will be at the gate as of 11:00pm to scan e-tickets to provide you with boarding passes ahead of boarding time & then boarding guests onto the yacht at approx 11:45pm.
• We recommend arriving before the approx 11:45pm boarding time to have your e-tickets scanned for your boarding passes.
• Please have your e-ticket bar codes on your phone or your print out ready for the door staff to scan to provide you with boarding passes.
• All guests must have their ID & their own Boarding Pass in their own hand before they pass security at the front gate. Make sure you give your guests their boarding passes once you have your e-tickets scanned.
• There is one line for all ticket holders. Please board the line alongside the fence for the Harbor Lights Yacht.

Indoor Level Table Reservations:

• The Latin Level is generally on the 1st Floor so we recommend 'Admission & Table for 8' as there are no Tables for 4 on the 1st Floor. If you select 'Admission & Table for 4', you will be seated on the 2nd Floor which is primarily English Music.
  Certain Events have a mix of Latin & English on all levels.


• Admission & Reserved Tables for 4 and Tables for 8 are on the Indoor Levels and are available for purchase with the Admission & Reserved Seating Ticket options.


• Tables are Reserved on the 1st or 2nd Floor based on availability


• You will be emailed before the event of the level your table will be located.


• Reserved Tables will feature a sign with the Buyer &/or Birthday Person's Name, if applicable, upon your arrival


• Bottle Service is available.

Indoor 1st Floor VIP White Sofa Area:

• A Non-Refundable $150 Reservation Payment (+ $20 Gratuity & processing fees)
  are Paid online in Advance to Secure a VIP Area
• Admission Not Included: Must Purchase Admission Separately
• Minimum of 15 Guests Required for the VIP White Sofa Area
• Maximum of 20 Guests Within for the VIP White Sofa Area

Outdoor 3rd Floor VIP Area:

• Minimum of 4 Guests Required for the Outdoors 3rd Fl VIP Area
• Reservation Payment for the VIP Area & Gratuity are Paid online in Advance to Secure Your VIP Table/Area Reservation. Bottle Service is a separate charge.

• 3rd Fl: Weather-Permitting:
  If Weather does not allow for 3rd Fl Seating, Guests will be moved to an Available Table on one of our Indoor Levels. There are No Refunds for these changes to move Outdoor Reservations to Indoors.
